my bet would be hikaru and hyuga cause they work great as a team and cause it looks likes their winning against lane 2 vs 1 instead of the traditional 1 vs 1. aside from that the best tag teams would be shu and valt (no explanation needed) and aiga and ranjiro, lui and free are also surprisingly good as tag partners.
