About the World Ring, there is a burst stopper gimmick, that when the red blades on each side is pressed, it would push the Disc and improve burst resistance. It is unclear if there is rubber on this Ring.
2B can switch between attack mode that the outer ring is fixed, and defense mode that the outer ring is free-spin.
Driver is Unite Dash.

Well Shu is just another legendary blader in the manga/anime so therefore his bey gets treated like the rest of the legendary bladers. The exact same thing happened to all the other returning legends (and Ranjiro I guess).

My inference about Achiles.
When they planned release schedule and make Anime(they plann it 1 years ago) they planned to release Achiles but, by Corona virus their plan start to messed up. Until July it goes on smoothly but they need change their plan from August. And then first they try to 1 month later but, if they change their plan Spriggan will be Random Booster.
But Spriggan is main release and TT don't want to put into RB.
And they replace Spriggan and Achilles

I personally think the stock combo’s potential is for KO defense. Other than that I don’t see it excelling anywhere else, although it may make it good as a Rage counter.

What if you put mobius on it? Then the drivers stamina problem wont affect the preformance since you could just change the rotation. Opposite spin battle. Boom. You win.

You’ll lose in same spin matches likely, though, which is why I think Unite’ is better for pure KO defense.

I’m actually fine with the parts. I would rather have Unite’ and attack/defense mode built into the ring rather ditch Zeta and use Unite’ without a mode change all together.

2D Mb are parts made to a dual spin layer, they are vulnerable to same spin matches, so, it's just switch the spin before the battle and Boom.

In tournaments, that’s not allowed. Competitively, Mobius is susceptible to going up against same spin matchups, which is bad for it. Unite’ at least has enough stamina to outspin many of the attack drivers, same spin or opposite spin.

Yes, it does. Two parts on the side of the ring have to be pushed in, and the burst stoppers will go in, preventing it from bursting.

It's rumored to have rubber but I think it will be overpowered. I believe it does have burst stoppers is similar to the tabs from Mugen system but this time when a opposing bey pushes the contact tab it pushes and adds a tab that resists the bey from bursting...it's complicated to explain in words but quite easy when you see a visual. 

I also heard the chassis free spins in defense mode, and stays stationary in attack mode. I do believe R spin in Defense, and L spin is Attack. The chassis could be free spinning, or it has 2 modes stationary or free spin. IDK but it is rumored to have 4 modes it can easily have a free spin right spin mode, stationary right spin mode, free spin left spin mode, and stationary left spin mode...that might be it.

It really isn't for the whole stock combo, considering it has a dash driver and the double chassis, but maybe beys using a single chassis could benefit from this ring.

You don't question Spriggan's logic TT dumped everything on it so expect it to be overpowered lmao...think of cho-z spriggan what was the point of the dash driver when you have a cho-z awakening system that is literally has a small chance pushing it back in and good teeth. Same goes for lord overpowered with the 2 prongs with blitz combo and good teeth AND a dash driver...they made Spriggan from worst teeth to godly teeth..
