Before this discussion gets out of control (which it already has). I would like to point out that there has been a misunderstanding.
Marutti is correct in saying that if the copyright infringement has occurred then it is possible to go to jail as per Japanese law (which by the way applies in this case) but that is the most extreme punishment which I dont think will happen.
However there is a steep fine one has to pay if you are caught which im sure no one wants to pay.

A name just came in mind, Emperor Helios, makes reference to king and uses "E" For Hyperion Ultra Hyperion sounds very cool, uses "U" and makes reference to super, it's just a thought

Unfortunately, aside from the existence of Emperor Forneus, those names don't really have anything to do with the keywords "explosion" and "storm" even though they'd be very fitting.

I believe the latest chapter of the manga only briefly teased the Hyperion/Helios evolutions, so no gimmick details there, but the big teasers that CoroCoro made for them said something along the lines of spring-loaded blades on Hyperion and a free-spinning part on Helios.

Im not all caught up with the manga but they should.
Whats confirmed is that they both have MCC (Metal Chip Cores) and the chassis seem to be fused into the chassis (thats obviously not confirmed but it seems likely from the pictures we have so far.)

Actually yes, I have studied the law as I’ve worked in both the Compliance and a
Advertising dept at American Express, my current employer.
Generally the “Fair Use Law” covers most reposting on social media. So while theoretically it COULD happen, it is hardly, if ever pursued once the official announcement/picture/release has gone public.
Leaks are 100% prohibited and if you’d like to be extra cautious, share the pictures AFTER release in a private way (email, direct messages, etc).
Anyways...let’s not derail this thread any further speaking about something off topic.
And please do not direct negative comments to other posters or staff. Disagreements can be had without resulting to personal comments about people. That can lead to warning % as it’s a violation of WBO rules.

Thanks for the efforts to bring this thread back on topic, although I have a hunch that the legal discussion will still continue for a while. I think the Stadium is going to be kind of weird to get used to. Sure, it most likely won't be allowed in WBO Ranked Tournaments, but it'll probably be seen a lot in Freeplay. I personally don't like the flattened-out areas near the pockets because they'll make Attack Types act kind of weird, just like in the B-00 Takara Tomy Mall Stadium. The smaller Tornado Ridge might be an interesting way to turn "Tornado Stallers" into "Attack Types that run on the Tornado Ridge" but could also be a nice way to buff Spin Stealers.

Is the stadium we’re getting supposed to be the real life Speed Storm Stadium? Cause I remember a while back I saw an image of a stadium and it looked like a normal stadium but with two ramp like ends and nothing close to what was shown on the anime. Was that a prototype or the real thing?

That's what the stadium is and no TT is not making a Speedstorm stadium. I believe it is meant to be an upgrade to the standard stadium, hence why it is called stadium dash(similar to the dash drivers and three dash Discs), but we'll have to wait and see if it is actually good or not. One interesting thing, the main stadium has walls, for those that do not like the plastic cover used on previous Burst stadiums and want to battle without it, I guess.

has there been any confirmed comparisons made between standard 09 stadium and this new dash stadium? i remember seeing a video showcasing it, but i do not speak Japanese and not sure if they mentioned any comparisons (such as overall size difference, tornado ridge size difference, etc.)
i believe citrus ninja mentioned the tornado ridge was actually smaller on this one....
From the looks of it i was hoping it had the exact same tornado ridge diameter as 09, but then more open play area outside the tornado ridge.
with how gigantic beys have slowly become since dual layers, i feel 09 is too cramped for GT and superking beys. honestly i would be happy if they just upsized 09 a touch, like 5%

The Dash stadium seems to have the slopes similar to that ultra Big white circular stadium, so I don't think tornado-stalling combos would work on the new stadium. This is my opinion based on probably the same video I have seen where they showcased that bluish transluscent stadium.
