Nope, It's beyblade burst classic so you can only use the first two generations of beyblade burst with the acception of some

Sorry, I meant if I don't have all the correct pieces that came with a Bey, can I piece together from other Beys.....as long as they are permitted?  Like a Valtryak energy layer, with a Doomszor forge disk, and a Roctovor tip?

Yes, you are allowed to swap parts between beys as long as the parts you are using are permitted in the format. Leaving the parts as they were originally bought is referred to as the "stock combo". They usually aren't all that good.

You can be on the waitlist so if someone doesn't go you can Participate. I believe you can still join the raffle.

Every body who is participating in the tournament look at the BeyBlade Classic format google doc for some what odd rules and how to win also look at Kei's posts for newly banned parts (Atomic etc.) and the parts list with some parts and banned and permitted parts. U r welcome for the info every one! ;D

DAAAAANNNGGG Jail is the only one I don't have the hasbro counterpart of it and it's parts.

While its already full you could still come likely someone on the main list someone won't show up however. Unlike the last two times, the waiting list will start at the tournament like how it is with other tournaments around so if you arrive early enough you could be first on the wait list.

Unlike the last two times the waiting list will start at the tournament like most other tournaments with participant caps if you arrive early enough and are not on the list then you'll have a high chance of getting into the tournament.
