Howdy cupcakes, to end off Beyblade West myself and The Supreme One will be teaming up with the LA hosting team for a Burst Classic tournament. Make sure you
read the rules and familiarize yourself with the Banlist. (Shoutout to DeceasedCrab for the banlist spreadsheet btw)
Please keep in mind that there is a participant cap of 32, and priority will be given to those that register here, on this thread, online, on the WBO, ahead of time. If the cap is reached, we will create a waitlist in person, at the event. If you show up on the day of the tournament without having registered online, there is
no guarantee you will be entered in the bracket. Likewise, if you show up late (see the schedule below) there is also
no guarantee you will be entered in the bracket even if you have registered.

Yes, simply show up and spectate. There are many local shops to visit as well.

Dude that's not how the wait list works. If you show up early enough on the day of the tournament, I will add you to a real-time wait list at the event where you have a chance to take a spot from somebody who has signed up online but didn't actually show up to the tournament in real life. But there is no guarantee that you will be able to participate in the tournament since you did not preregister. This is the case for all of the Beyblade West tournaments, and all capped WBO tournaments in general.

I've been practicing since my match against Alta. I'm ready.
I have a 6 year old and a 5 year old. Is there an age group for them to compete in? If not, will there be a stadium for them to just mess around with their beys and practice? Thanks

There are not age groups. People (including me) Bring stadiums for free play.

Make sure they have legal parts for this limited tournament format! Also the tournament is capped at 32 participants, but there are always a couple of no-shows, so there is a waitlist for other bladers who show up.
IMPORTANT BAN LIST UPDATE:
After some further testing, we have decided to temporarily ban all HyperSphere Drivers for this Burst Classic tournament tomorrow. We will follow this up with a more formal announcement for the community later on.

Good question! Typically an experimental ruling is made on behalf of organizers & permits or restricts the use of parts that have been in circulation for long enough to justify their existence or absence in organized play. In this situation, the decision was made after several members of the organized play & committee groups tested & deliberated over a new line that arguably shouldn’t have been permitted by default in the first place. I think this decision will result in a healthier & more competitive tournament environment on Sunday & hopefully many of you will feel the same way
