dang that's pretty wicked, but lol im not cooking NOTHING at my SHELTER. however, you could buy a knuckle sandwich and get a SUPER knuckle sandwich for free. but dang that goes DEEP pretty fast, i was seeing a MIRAGE while i read that, so then i VANISH(ed) from existence JUST to avoid that crummy-juncture.

Today I did NOTHING while My computer Was REBOOTING so i bought a new processor with A lot of POWER So my video Games could run MORE QUICKly jk I didn’t do any of those things just a normal day in 7th grade except on Friday in my school it’s a half day

Now I remember why I hate this thread. You can't just take a word that's shown up in the line and ALL CAPS it. That's not a pun. A pun has to have an impact, twist the meaning somehow, get a laugh or two along the way (or a disappointed groan).

It's so much better to simply say Drain Fafnir is hungry because it 8 Nothing than any of this.

I agree with this to some extent. A lot of people, not to be mean, just say sentences with words of parts in it. The drain Fafnir 8 nothing is a pretty classic and funny meme. A joke should have an impact and twist the meaning, and different people find certain jokes funny. Idk if anyone else thinks this, but when I said “How do you plead? Guilty?” I thought that was a pretty funny reference cause that’s what they say in court and Guilty is from Guilty Longinus but idk.

Wow, these "puns" came from the start of the thread, just let it r.i.p. (pun not intended) already and come up with better ones. (Not trying to be mean here, but (imo) I find it more of an easter egg than a pun)

Anyways, I think Salamander is a little bit OP. (pun example, it's better than some of the puns here)

Anyway I do agree with you but since their non-punny puns are still like kind of puns, I think we can just let them be. Just don't read it.

I'm randomly capitalizing stuff because that's basically what they're doing themselves. Don't think it's that confusing. I see it as ruining a good idea with terrible implementation, and as someone who's fond of puns (as in, actual puns and not this) I don't want to let the travesty continue.

At least Hollowmind had something good though. I do like that one.

Tbh, humor is what anyone wants it to be. Some of these posts could be funny and some aren't to other people, I laugh at many jokes apart from ones that just don't stick with me. Call my humor shallow but I like it that way, I just like to laugh. I get what you're saying, I sometimes look back and go "Why tf did I make that joke". So really, it's just personal preference.

in fact they're actually just emphasizing the joke, which is what im about to do now lol. and while we're at puns it's literally the beyblade part pun thread if you dislike something about it just leave it alone, don't start a riot because you don't like how they capitalize the joke

dang im feeling GUILTY for no reason... one time on friday i felt like a GOD, the next time AROUND im filled with DREAD... this weekend has been quite a NIGHTMARE, but the last few days have been quite SUPER!

Read my posts. I'm saying these aren't puns at all, and that's my primary point. A pun required actual wordplay, not just word vomit. This thread is word vomit, including your own post. Please don't knock down the complaint without actually trying to understand it, or at the least don't get distracted by the side points that make it cringier. That's not the primary complaint.

If you're gonna post in the pun thread make puns, not HIGHLIGHTED word vomit. Otherwise, you might as well not post because you're basically just spamming. How about that?
