Nice I Should Be Able to Make It To the Tournament This Time!
Is it actually free with Passport, or still $5? That seems like a copypaste.
it is just a $5 entry fee
Wouldn't it make sense to host an event called beyblade east in the middle of the east coast. If you want people from the east that includes Florida, and North And South Carolina. How will they come to this tournament. I'm just making a suggestion to either have a tournament that all people from the east can come to or change the name to beyblade northeast. Sorry if this is long

There is no entry fee atm. $0.
Edited event details to reflect this. Joyful_3
Are you sure? It kind of seems like that was an intentional non-WBO entry fee to help defray their prize budget and such. But I was confused by the passport bits that were were  in there. It's still unclear. Hyper xeno, please clarify this with the committee and get everyone on the same page?
There is a non wbo $5 entry fee like DC stated
It’s not comfirmed I’m going but we will see

You may not enforce a non-WBO fee. Exception is a venue fee (ie an indoor/outdoor venue that charges a fee per head). ^_^
This event is FREE-TO-ENTER.
That sucks I just paid 110 in prizes

Anyone know any good PA venues for winter
This will probably make me look like an idiot but I’m just checking, why isn’t there a tournament cap? I thought that first time organizers were only allowed to have up to 24 people in their tournament. Is there an exception for this tournament since a lot of experienced people are coming?
Not my first time I have helped and co hosted many tournaments

I am the definition of experience lol?

So they’re allowing this?
Basically yes

The committee is fine with it? (Just checking)
