Did you actually reserve the tennis courts? What happens if some people show up with rackets? Also there is no shade on the tennis courts. And no place to sit.
People may need to wear long sleeves and hats, and use sunscreen.
If we don't plan out basic infrastructure ahead of time, we're all going to have a difficult time at tournaments!

xeno, did you reserve the pavilion in case of rain? It’s very popular for B-day party’s so you might have a difficult time. You also have to be a Havertown resident to reserve anything, so you would need to ask
We have handled the tournament guys I would recommend to bring a chair and also there is like 14 tennis courts so we will be fine plus we have a shelter for a backup plus the shelter is public so anyone can be there plus if 50 people show up for a tournament then I doubt 3 people would stay and would probably got to a different shelter deceased crab I have been handling every situation possible for the tournament we have it under control me and the co hosts will be there at 10:00 am
