I think that it might be because on the box, there is an image of a ninja? Metal Dranzer has the same ninja on the box.

Yeah, too bad the Crystal/Gold series Sonokong plastics arent compatible with other plastics.
well, i guess you could take the metal tip and put it in a different sg metal change.

I'm wondering, why aren't they compatible? The pieces all looked basically the same as my Takara Galeon.

Because the parts don't fit, they're not the same size as the takara ones. I bought one too which is how I know. Try putting the attack ring on another bey. It won't work.

Hmm, I'll do that. I didn't notice that the size was different, lol.

EDIT: Just checked, the Sono Kong Driger S AR (bit where you twist it on) is slightly smaller then my Takara Galeon. It is a very small difference in size, makes me wonder why that was done.

Doesn't matter to me anyway, have no intentions of using any of my plastic (unless I end up getting doubles). Especially a gold Driger S...paint will just chip off.
