Just 5usd for one time and for a entire year 15usd you pay when you get there the people that are playing just have to pay

When I received it in the mail :P

This is looking to be a huge event, so in the week before the tournament I'm going to go shop around and see if I can find some SwitchStrike Beys to add to the prize pool, haha. I know a few people have also offered to donate prizes as well.

Mislaunches do count, unless they are caused by a mechanical malfunction with the launcher or outside interference (like if someone is walking by you and they bump into your arm as you are launching), in which case you can call a relaunch. You need 3 points to win a match in the first stage, and 5 in the finals.

And yeah this is an important point to make too: The WBO does not use the same scoring rules as the anime. In the first stage, where battles are first to three points, all methods of winning (outspin, knockout, burst) are only worth 1 point each. Bursts (along with knockouts) don't start being worth 2 points until the final stage, where battles are first to five points and performed in Deck Rotation Format.

EDIT: As per this ruling update, due to time constraints the format of the tournament will now be Double Elimination.
thanks hyper xeno.

As long as they have an account, of course they can!
