Yeah Battle strikers XS is great but I wouldn't pay that much for the starter. It retails for $25CAD. Just keep checking on occasion.

yeah but if they dont wanna be patient and wait till theyre on the shelfs why not just buy them online,i know i will be cause the wait for them to come out over here will be insane and probley will come out around the same time as mfb

Finally saw the starters at my local Wally World in Anaheim, CA the other day. Still no go at Target, lots of series 1 flooding the shelves. Are the strikers any good in these two sets? I'm tempted to just hold off for the tourney set, as these two strikers don't really do too much for me visually.

I've got a question, how does the paint hold up on the metal strikers? Being an adult with no kids, I'm more into collecting the tops and goofing around with on my own so they won't get a huge amount of wear, but I cringe thinking about the beautiful colors chipping and flaking.

The paint does come off through extended use unfortunately, but it is unavoidable if there is any sort of paint on metal.

sigh spent all day yesterday looking for Metal XS across Victoria and couldn't find any.
I found stacks of series 1 but I dont think they ever really took off here in Australia which is the reason no one wants to sell them.

I really like them i think ninjitsu is the best of them because he can KO easily with a sliding attack
