Hey guys! I was trying this thing out the other day, and it seemed to do pretty well. I though it was high time I contribute to something, so I did some tests to see if you guys would like it!
The concept:
This combo is a balance type. I can act as a tornado staller against left-spin combos (spin stealers or left-spin defenders) and against low-endurance right spin defenders (Reviser Reviser BD145RDF, for example), and can act as a spin-equalizer against all right-spin combos. It also doesn't do too bad against attackers. I know it's hard to believe, but it's true.
The launch:
ALWAYS tornado stall. Against anything, period. It will intercept right-spin attackers from head on, out-run left-spin attackers, and tornado stall and OS anything else.
The parts:
Genbull: One word... Stamina. Genbull is currently the top stamina chrome wheel available. Without genbull, this combo will usually not be able to OS other spin-stealers.
Dragooon: Left-spin, obviously.
T125: This track is a nice height, and even though GCF doesn't lean over (due to the Gear circle part) it will generally fall on its side sooner the taller the combo is, just like pretty much every other tip. So T125 provides a good, middle height that will not topple over nearly as easily.
GCF: GCF is the heart of this combo. Yes, I do have CF, but GCF actually has higher LAD. If you look closely, The flat part of GCF is equivalent to the width of XF, while CF is only as wide as WF.
From comparing the LAD of XF, WF, and GF in the past, we know that the broader the surface area on the bottom of the tip, the higher LAD the combo will have. Even though CF does spin smoother after it has toppled over, it topples over sooner, so it doesn't really matter.
You can ask thunderdome. He and I had a tournament experience with this... Genbull^2 F230CF lost to Killerken Dragooon B, but then won when we switched it to GCF, Genbull began to tie and win. So, in conclusion, IMO, GCF has higher LAD than CF. Griffin'sMaster and TheBalrog also helped me out with some GCF vs. CF tests, so you can ask them too.
GCF is also faster than CF, so when it comes to countering attack types, GCF will do a way better job. I've tried it, and there is acutally little to no difference between the stamina of GCF and CF (go figure! ).
So, all in all, GCF can intercept attackers decently, it has very high LAD (which is good, since this thing goes left...) and it can OS other left-spin combos the majority of the time.

equipment:
Beylauncher L
Beylauncher L/R
3 segment grip
BB-10 attack type stadium
Vs. Attack:
Genbull Dragooon T125GCF vs. Gryph Wyvang S130R2F
Beys alternated launching first. Pretty worn R2F.
Dragooon: wins, 14/20 (2 KO, 12 OS)
Wyvang: wins, 6/20 (All KO)
Genbull Dragooon T125GCF win rate: 70%
Dragooon did REALLY well in this compared to my informal testing. It was able to intercept Wyvang from the opposite direction and stop it in its tracks, then it just hit it over and over again and wouldn't let it recover.
Vs. Stamina:
Genbull Dragooon T125GCF vs. Duo Cancer 230D
Cancer launched first on all launches.
Dragooon: wins, 10/10 (2 KO, 8 OS)
Cancer: wins, 0/10
Genbull Dragooon T125GCF win rate: 100%
This was a total slaughter.
Genbull Dragooon T125GCF vs Duo Cygnus W145WD
Cygnus launched first on all launches.
Dragooon: wins, 0/10
Cygnus: wins, 10/10 (All OS)
Genbull Dragooon T125GCF win rate: 0%
This was a total slaughter too, just opposite. On top of stamina, cygnus is pretty much an anti-spin-stealer, so It's very understandable that Dragooon would lose
Genbull Dragooon T125GCF vs. Phatnom Cygnus W145WD
Cygnus launched first on all launches.
Dragooon: wins, 8/20 (7 KO, 1 OS)
Cygnus: wins, 12/20 (All OS)
Genbull Dragooon T125GCF win rate: 40%
I am very unimpressed with this combo's attack power. GCF is actually very hard to control, and on top of that, the only thing on the combo with any smash is dragooon, which has very little compared to other things in my experience with it. This phantom combo usually gets KOed by everything, but dragooon only took it out 7 times! And it still could only dream of KOing Duo W145WD. It just has almost absolutely no smash. The OS was when phantom went WAY off-balance right at the end.
Vs. Defense:
Genbull Dragooon T125GCF vs. Reviser Revizer BD145CS
Worn CS. Revizer launched first on all launches.
Dragooon: wins, 10/10 (All OS)
Reviser: wins, 0/10
Genbull Dragooon T125GCF win rate: 100%
This just didn't have the LAD to OS Dragooon.
Genbull Dragooon T125GCF vs. Reviser Reviser BD145RDF
Slightly worn RDF. Reviser launched first on all launches.
Dragooon: wins, 10/10 (All OS)
Reviser: wins, 0/10
Genbull Dragooon T125GCF win rate: 100%
Now, I know you went all like "What?????" when you saw that, but let me explain. All that happened was that Dragooon stalled for so long, that RDF's stamina completely ran out long before the beys made contact, so Reviser couldn't spin-equalize to win. This will only work if you tornado stall Dragooon, since it doesn't have LAD to OS BD145RDF if it makes contact.
Vs. Left-spin:
Genbull Dragooon T125GCF vs. Wyvang Dragooon SA165R2F
Pretty worn R2F. Beys alternated launching first.
Genbull Dragooon: wins, 12/20 (10 OS, 2 KO)
Wyvang Dragooon: wins, 8/20 (8 KO, 2 OS)
Genbull Dragooon T125GCF win rate: 60%
Genbull Dragooon got 2 freak-KOs at the end. I don't know how it did, but it actually threw Wyvang Dragooon over the wall. This R2F was worn, and without the 2 freak KOs at the end, I seriously doubt that this could beat Wyvang Dragooon under normal circumstances... Could someone validate this?
Genbull Dragooon T125GCF vs. Killerken Dragooon SA165WD
Beys alternated launching first. SA165 in defense mode.
Genbull Dragooon: wins, 12/20 (All OS)
Killerken Dragooon: wins, 8/20 (All OS)
Genbull Dragooon T125GCF win rate: 60%
I was very impressed with the stamina this thing had.
Genbull Dragooon T125GCF vs. Revizer Dragooon BD145RDF
Genbull launched first on all launches. New RDF.
Genbull Dragooon: wins, 10/10 (All OS)
Reviser Dragooon: wins, 0/10
Genbull Dragooon T125GCF win rate: 100%
It had absolutely no problem stalling and OSing this.
Counters:

Overall, I think this is a great multi-tasking combination. The only thing it will really lose to is 145 height stamina combos from my experience, and any stamina combo TH170 + is gonna get mauled. It's got great LAD, not much less than SA165EWD at all, and it's ability to counter attack types and RDF defense types makes it an especially desirable spin equalizer over things that have low defense and can't tornado stall long (IE. Reviser Dragooon SA165EWD).
Post what you think! Feel free to test it out yourself!
