I filed a dispute yesterday and i'm still waiting for their reply

Apparently, unless I have proof from an administrator that the purchase was indeed from here, they won't do anything.
I give up, he can just keep the money, but I've lost my trust in the WBO Marketplace sellers now, except those who are authorised.
That's ridiculous. I think an admin should back you up, or the WBOs reputation could get hurt.

One bad experience doesn't mean all are bad. There's no reason whatsoever not to trust other sellers.

Well, you have a point, I have bought from another seller in the past and he was extremely kind and ensured that I got my package, so maybe I'm overreacting.

Yeah but he never contacted me back, I sent him a bunch of email, but no response.
I'm in the UK too, so there's a shared problem there. It could just be an address formatting problem from him, which has made it harder for mail services (Forgetting United Kingdom on an international post can take FOREVER).

I also live in the UK and just like most of us here, I'm still waiting...
Even though ~ZX~ got his Wing Pegasus after 4 and half weeks of waiting..this may have been helped by the fact that jake_fury lives in Australia as well, therefore, legitimately receiving his item. Just a theory
I've ordered many things over the years from people on here and i'll tell you i've never had to wait over 3 weeks for any of them so I wouldn't consider that hopeful. Personally the way I see that is that the guy probably just neglected to send it for like 2 weeks.
When I sent this guy the money, he told me to put it in AUD because he was going to australia, that was maybe less than a month ago, I dont know if thats the case.
Seriously, whatever happens, you should not be wasting any time to file a dispute on Paypal against him. I honestly hope that at least five of you have done so already, because Paypal cannot ignore that many complaints are being filed against the same person, so they will have to believe that you all truly never received your paid items.
