Then, we lose our money I guess, but i doubt it because like 5 people filed a dispute against him.
He will look like a fool if he denies everything when there are at least five people saying they have not received their stock, and that he has himself not replied to your emails during all that time. He is the only one in trouble.

I hope it all goes well for you guys on getting your funds refunded..
GREAT NEWS. I was honestly worried that he might have just removed all the money from his account so that Paypal would have no money to take from anywhere to reimburse you all, but apparently not. Go do the same as Noble 7, all of you, very quickly.
So yeah, I finally figured out why Paypal also wouldn't listen to me.

The reason they asked for proof of purchase from an admin here was because, when the payment was being done (request/send), the "Gift" option was selected. Unless the "Goods" option is selected, they refuse to start a claim, and I must do it through the recipient.

Extremely sneaky, I must say, but that means I lost it, and Paypal just go on and make things worse. Looking back at my phone bill over the past month, I've spent £10 on calls to their helpline. Brilliant, I must say.
Yeah, never use the gift option unless you really, really trust someone (and even then it's best not to). The best way is to account for the paypal fee and include the extra in the payment as Goods. Of course you do pay slightly more as the fee increases with the new amount so there's a little extra to include to make sure the person you're sending money to gets the right amount, but yeah.

I really should actually work out the equation for it already, actually.
Well, that completely messed everything up though. Extremely sneakily played by him. Just means that my only option now is to contact him and sort it, of which I've had no success.
Yeah, I know. A lot of legitimate sellers give the same instructions, too, because it's a lot simpler than adding what may seem like an arbitrary fee to the price, but both that and "payment owed" do open buyers up to these kinds of things from less honest people, sadly.

Still, if he did ask you to send it as a gift when it wasn't, paypal should in theory be able to take action against him for that, but it would likely require evidence from a site administrator, and more expensive phone calls on your part (which is really poor form on paypals part, may I add).
And as I posted, if there is anything I can do, let me know. Since jake_fury's account is banned, he should theoretically not have been able to delete any of his messages yet, so I could find them again.
That went well, Paypal gave me my money back. They said that the case was in my favor, i'm really glad that worked out.
