Well, some news have come upon us.
Due to the time of the year (as stated by Kai-V) many people are dropping out, not finding the time, etc.
So, I will postpone this until January.
The tournament is not over, but it has been delayed. Sometime in January (I'm thinking the 14th) the tournament will continue its third round and go through the rest of the tournament.
As for those that have sent in their entries, and those with a penalty, those are terminated and you have about 4 weeks to finish or re-do your entry, basically.
THIS TOURNAMENT WILL NOT FAIL, AND IS NOT CANCELLED TO BE CONSIDERED A FAILURE

Why don't you just finish of R3, then postopone it?

Doesn't honestly surprise me that it's cancelled, and I'm glad it's over, because it was getting to the point were a bunch of cocky a**holes (not saying who) were just bashing peoples work and not giving any constructive criticism what so ever, it's sad, because for aspiring GFX'ers that will de-motivate them and discourage them to try and improve...
