Sounds fine. It's not really up to me, whenever the most people can make it is best, regardless of whether I'm there or not. :X Blitz should be able to make whenever really......
Regarding the area, even if we don't pick a specific area by the 4th, we can just meet up at the same entrance and walk to wherever looks good on the day. Picnic or similiar sounds great.
If we have a set date then should we make a new topic to see who can make that date? Or will people be able to cope with posting here?

I have to say, I don't think I will be able to come to this since i was lucky to even go to the expo but we will see what happens and I will keep you updated on weather I will be going or not.
Hmm. I would rather the date when the most "experienced" members could come (eg: Rocky,Theflightyellz, Blitz ect) rather than a large group of people I don't know as well. This sounds allitle selfish but it is a long trip and I would like to make it worth it. Know what I mean?

People can we make a thread for the october thing because at the moment i don't know the dates time and place to any uk events due to this, so cold someone please tell me the time date and place the october thing and the uk summer meet please.
I think some people are getting way ahead of themselvies since it might not be possible to do another one in october, it would be good if we could but I don't know if we will get away with not having to pay a second time around.

If you are asking when the expo it'self is then it is on the 25-26th of October but like it has been said, there isn't anything confirmed for a Beyblade event but we still have a few months to go so who knows what will happen, if i get a job then I will gladly pay for and hold the event.

Um....MCM space costs loooooaaaads. You wouldn't be able to pay for it just like that, not unless you're magically getting a top job and getting a lot of pay in advance.
Regardless, if we went ahead I would hope that we would be able to work out an arrangement that didn't involve us paying.

Yes, asking before doing would be a good idea but I would still be willing to pay for it, regardless of how much it would be or how much my parents moarn about me paying for something like that.
Also, i would Donate anytime I can, when I can.

Bey brad, lee draciel is asking how much would the space in the mcm expo be, so he is trying to say that depending on how much i will pay for it, and if he is willing to then let him because it's not you paying so you might be able to have another event for BWR.
