Those are not Area Representatives ... I believe I have not been able to get any Promo Cards sent in India because the customs there always send my packages back.
Hey, Im trying to be rude/ rush the process of this. But, exactly how long does it take to get these Promo Cards?
I am currently sorting through the attributions, but it might be more problematic than before because a few Area Representatives have become entirely inactive since.

I'm aware that the Area Rep for my area (Greimatter) has been inactive for a while, so I'd be willing to be one. That is, unless there's already another Rep.
