I saw this couple days before I ordered from beyblademon...just asking has anyone gotten their money back yet

If you haven't opened a dispute with paypal i suggest you do so.
Escalate the claim as well whilst you're at it.
But as of yet, i haven't got any money back...
I did settle a dispute...what's the point of escalating the claim

A claim kinda fast forwards the dispute, with a dispute you have a chance to "work it out" with the seller, and trust me you won't get a response lol.
But escalating the claim gets paypal staff to review your case and gives the seller a certain amount of time to get in contact with paypal, and if nothing is heard after that time frame, you get you money back forcefully by paypal.

For those who are reading, i suggest everyone escalates to a claim from the dispute as the dispute solves pretty much nothing.
With regards to the question about the seller, i'm not sure.
Any reason why you need to know?

why is everyone wanting to file disputes anyway? I bought one any of course it hasn't come in, how was it known that it was a (maybe) scam?

we have evidence that kimchie and beyblademon share the same IP address(same computer), kimchie is the only person that "claimed" to do previous bissuness with him. so basically there the same person, and this is the fourth week Ive been waiting.

Playmoya never has stock on Bb-96. But the gravity Perseus, and meteo ldrago is pretty big discount.

If i were you, i'd file a dispute soon if you bought one from beyblademon before it's too late.

really if they sell for 25 he is probably a scamer like beyblademon that's what people are saying to me and i got my mfb stamina stadium form pacific mall its pretty cheap and its very good at least mine is
that isn't the attack stadium and no it isn't a scam as I bought it myself, don't buy it, save for BB-32 or BB-76

I wasn't sure if i should keep waiting or not... good thing i didn't wait any longer..... i'm gonna try and find out how to escalating a claim... i just got my paypal this month and have no idea how to do anything with it other than send money.... o.O

Don't allow time for him to respond, I know he won't. I already esalated it to a claim, and If he doesn't respond by the 11th I win the case by default
