I believe it's more like a hybrid between the two. so it has more stamina than normal taper and te xtreme dash doesn't drain much energy

It can't be UX Drake because next realese is BX-33 Booster, then July is BX-34 Starter and August is UX-06 and UX-07
If it's Cobalt then it might be the BX-00 rb select that's being planned.

I doubt it’s cobalt to be honest because CobaltDrake isn’t a main release but I may be wrong

As a BX-00 release, it isn't. It just has more significance due to being relevant to X's plot.
