What if some older beys that never got a evolution could get a Sparking evolution.

Atomic cause no sparking bey so far has it.

Okay. But I like orbit metal better. I actually did a video on atomic vs. orbit metal and 
Defense-Orbit metal
Stamina-Tie
LAD-Atomic
Spring tightness-Orbit Metal
Weight-Atomic (1 gram heavier)
Attack-Tie
So since everything is a tie, since orbit metal is metal I decided orbit metal is better, orbit metal is also my favorite defense and stamina driver so I guess my decision was biased.
