Do not start a smear campaign against the largest and most trustworthy auction site on the planet just because one person had their account closed over what seems to definitely be a misunderstanding.
If you're not aware of how or why her account was closed or what their policies are, you really cannot make any claims whatsoever.

I have a wonderful experience with both eBay and PayPal. The majority of the business I do there is buying, but I do sell on rare occasions and have found that to be a positive experience as well.

and then i used another ac and bidded stuff, then ebay did so to me
that means i wasted one more account as i've registered a credit card on that ac!
as the customer service of hong kong doesnt help
i think i gotta contact ebay US for help, i paid the transaction fee finally
