Crashout Games is a new gaming hobby and card store looking to expand its scope into Beyblade. This will be the first event hosted here, with hopefully more to come!

Location Details

We will be meeting at Crashout Games.
You could miss your matches; which will be marked as a loss, if you do not let the Organizer know ahead of time.

We will start ASAP after everyone gets settled around 8:00PM, so make sure you’re ready to go and have your Beyblades and strategies in place by the end of the countdown.

Bladers arriving after 8:00PM may NOT be able to participate if they don't advise the host of their delay beforehand.

Tournament Details

Please be advised that this tournament will make use of the following Optional Rules in addition to, or in place of, rules listed in the Format Rulebook:

Painted blades allowed

Blades can be decorated with paint provided it does not affect performance, and is not applied to areas of the blade that touch other parts of the assembled Bey.
Metal parts of blades can be dyed as long as they can be disassembled and reassembled without damage or any other modification. Plastic parts must not be dyed, as it may result in damage.

Seattle Beyblade Community Need To Knows:

Please use common sense hygiene rules and wear deodorant and take a shower prior to the event!
We will be using the public venue a while for this event, and no one wants to smell a stinky blader! Words

Recreational substance use is not allowed at our events, including tobacco, alcohol, or psychoactive drugs.
These are considered against the "spirit" of the game, and inappropriate for children present.
Players who appear to be under the influence or carry an odor of these substances will be asked to leave and disqualified from the event.
Feel free to bring any stadiums you would like for the free play area on the side, but make sure you pay attention and are ready when called for your matches.
Tournament matches always take priority over free play, we may have a time limit depending on the venue, and need to be respectful of everyone's time Smile

Please let the organizers of the event if anything happens during your matches with a judging call as soon as possible so we can clarify any issues or rectify any mistakes as we go!

Build up to 3 Beyblades to be in your deck! At the start of the match the judge will flip a coin to determine which side you'll play from. You will then select your beys and the initial order of all 3 Beyblades from left to right in secret, keeping them concealed from your opponent. You must have a deck box or some way to order your beys. You will then present your deck to the Judge for inspection, after receiving your deck back you may prepare for the 1st battle.

Bladers will battle with the corresponding Beys in the order set to score points, and re-shuffle their deck if all 3 battles are completed before the match has completed.

The first to score 4 points is the winner of the match!!!

Tournament check-in will begin at 5:30pm, brackets will be generated starting at 6:00PM. Make sure to be early. If you know you are to arrive later than 6:00PM, please provide an update to the organizer to keep them informed. Otherwise, we won't be able to add you to the tournament bracket once the event begins. The tournament is expected to last roughly 3 hours operating at maximum capacity.

If you are unable to participate in the main event, or need to pass time between rounds, free play stations will be available! Feel free to bring your own stadium for free play.

Be sure to be signed up for the WBO Event here before the tournament begins, as we'll need your username to enter you into the tournament! We will have a few extra deck boxes for people to use but if you can please bring your own.

Format Information

Brand Restrictions: None (Hasbro and TAKARA TOMY Beyblade X Products are legal)
Stadium: TAKARA TOMY XTREME STADIUM / TABLE HEIGHT STADIUM STANDS WITH BEYCASE
Restricted Parts: Metal Needle (MN) is banned.

The tournament is divided into two stages: Group Stage and Final Stage. Group Stage will use the Swiss 3on3 First to 4 points format and Final Stage will use Single elimination 3on3 First to 4 points format.

For more detailed information about the match types or rules in general, please see the WBO official rulebooks here on the WBO website. Here is a brief summary of the match types we'll be using:

Tournament check-in will begin at 5:30pm, brackets will be generated starting at 6:00PM. Make sure to be early. If you know you are to arrive later than 6:00PM, please provide an update to the organizer to keep them informed. Otherwise, we won't be able to add you to the tournament bracket once the event begins. The tournament is expected to last roughly 3 hours operating at maximum capacity.

If you are unable to participate in the main event, or need to pass time between rounds, free play stations will be available! Feel free to bring your own stadium for free play.

Be sure to be signed up for the WBO Event here before the tournament begins, as we'll need your username to enter you into the tournament! We will have a few extra deck boxes for people to use but if you can please bring your own.

Restricted Parts: Metal Needle (MN) is banned.

The tournament is divided into two stages: Group Stage and Final Stage. Group Stage will use the Swiss 3on3 First to 4 points format and Final Stage will use Single elimination 3on3 First to 4 points format.

For more detailed information about the match types or rules in general, please see the WBO official rulebooks here on the WBO website. Here is a brief summary of the match types we'll be using:

Group Stage: Swiss 3on3 First to 4 points
Build up to 3 Beyblades to be in your deck! At the start of the match the judge will flip a coin to determine which side you'll play from. You will then select your beys and the initial order of all 3 Beyblades from left to right in secret, keeping them concealed from your opponent. You must have a deck box or some way to order your beys. You will then present your deck to the Judge for inspection, after receiving your deck back you may prepare for the 1st battle.

Bladers will battle with the corresponding Beys in the order set to score points, and re-shuffle their deck if all 3 battles are completed before the match has completed.

Bladers will not have the option of switching sides during the match.

The first to score 4 points is the winner of the match!!!

Finals Stage: Single Elimination 3on3 First to 4 Points
