			<description><![CDATA[<div style="text-align: left;" class="mycode_align">OK, so I took some of the people's advice from my last post and decided to give this Pegasus some weight. In case you hadn't noticed yet, my obsessions in Metal Fight/Shogun Steel lie with Pegasus. So, my latest creation is Ifrit Pegasus 85WD. Because of this bey's weight and behavior in the stadium, I have dubbed it a K.O. Defense custom despite the two Warrior Wheels being Attack oriented.</div>

<div style="text-align: left;" class="mycode_align">I did the testing of this bey in the Standard Burst Beystadium (would have done it in the Lion's Lair Stadium but it's facing some aging issues) with a Light Launcher 2. When solo spinning it, it got an average time of 2:56. Less than my old Burn Pegasus but impressive nonetheless. Upon battles with other random beys from the Zero-G system and even Hybrid Wheel and 4D systems, this bey possessed amazing defense and even some decent counterattack potential. And because of the Wide Defense tip, it always savors those last precious moments of spin with an incredible LAD factor. The only issue it seemed to have was against spin-stealing Synchromes, such as my Orochi Dragoon 90EWD. Other than that, this bey has surpassed my older Pegasus customs by a landslide. Parts used in this custom are these:</div>

			<description><![CDATA[Yesterday i went to a tournament in Toronto and it seems like HF/S was quite successful in the tourney due to both me and @[JesseObre] placing with it and it being one of our winning combos, @[Kei] later wanted to see tests on how it would do against sways so i decided to make this thread and do exactly that!  The combo i decided to test specifically is MSF-H Balro Balro E230 [Boost] HF/S due to it being used at the tournament and because i created it haha (someone probably already thought of it before but yeah you get my point).<br />

I think this definitely has some potential as a Defense-Attack hybrid combo!  It did crazy good against sway attackers, and it did a decent job beating those stamina types!  This combo actually has a little bit of a life after death feature; meaning it can still spin a bit even after losing its balance, a little bit like TB.  Either than Left spin totally destroying this combo i think it is decent and i will definitely use it in tournaments, oh wait i already did haha. I think this definitely has some potential as a Defense-Attack hybrid combo!  It did crazy good against sway attackers, and it did a decent job beating those stamina types!  This combo actually has a little bit of a life after death feature; meaning it can still spin a bit even after losing its balance, a little bit like TB.  Either than Left spin totally destroying this combo i think it is decent and i will definitely use it in tournaments, oh wait i already did haha. So with duo, I've done testings with this, and i found out that if you launch the beyblade hard, then dragoon f230 gcf/cf will have a 80-100% winning percentage, and if you launch duo kinda weak and kinda strong too, you have a 50-55% of winning, so there's a way duo can beat dragoon f230 gcf/cf more easily more now, in zero-g of course, not sure if this would work in the bb-10 stadium, but it probably could as well!!!!<br />

Thus far, success has been reported with 28 different wheel/track/tip-purpose combinations. And 154 combinations used. When it comes to updating the competitive customs list, the Advanced forum has an unfortunate habit of falling behind the newest customs being brewed, meaning the latest customs might not be listed and out-of-date customs might still be on the list. With this in mind, we are creating this public discussion to hopefully garner a better idea of what needs to be included or removed from the competitive list.<br />

The way this will work is that both the public and the advanced threads will remain open with the advanced thread acting as a "final word" as to what, exactly, the competitive list will look like. This thread will act as a way for anyone to provide much-needed input between list updates, with the hope that this discussion will aid in overcoming the lethargic update patterns from which the competitive list frequently suffers.<br />

I must implore all of you to please be intelligent about what you post in here. <span style="font-weight: bold;" class="mycode_b"><span style="text-decoration: underline;" class="mycode_u">If you are going to propose a brand new custom, you will have to provide actual test and/or tournament results to back your claim up.</span></span> If there is something that isn't on the list that obviously should be or there is something that you don't think should be on the list any more, please still provide as much insight into your suggestions as possible.<br />

The main thing is that this thread has been tried in the past and had to be closed and moved to the advanced forum. I do not think anyone wants to see that happen again, so please be smart about what you post!<br />

			<description><![CDATA[Hello all! Today I bring what has been weeks (literally, it's been like 2 months by now) of research to the table. My goal through these two months was simple: have an attack type HWS wheel beat a Zero-G defense combo. Synchromes are cool and all, but I wanted to see some use in the parts that I still have, like Hell. <br />

The Zero-G defense combo I used was MSF Revizer Revizer E230CS. The E230 is from Hasbro, and my CS is conditioned. I find more success in using Hasbro's E230 than TT/SK. It's stiffer and the reduction of the amount of play seems to help keep the bey balanced when in action.<br />
<br />
Why did I choose the parts I did? Well, let's start with this: I have no idea how this combo will perform against other defense combos. It's more meant as an Anti-E230. Hell is on 160 so it can attack between E230 and the Chrome Wheel (the major gaps and ridges on top of Hell help here.) WB is used to attack while having stamina capabilities while also being able to keep it's balance in a Zero-G stadium (for the most part.) In truth, I guess you can call this a true balance type, seeing as it's goal is to OS the opponent while also attacking. Or, it might be attack, depending on how you classify it, whether it be by parts or by what it does.<br />
<br />
The first semi-successful combo I had was MF-H Hell Aquario 160MB. It had a 35% win rate. That may sound abysmal, but MB had some major balance issues, most likely due to the fact that there's no friction between MB and the stadium floor. When MB was able to maintain itself, that's when it won. Seeing that, I switched to WB. The addition of WB boosted Hell's win rate to 55%. It's almost 50/50, but it's much better than pure annihilation.<br />
<br />
I will be doing more tests. I'll switch Revizer's tip to RS, although mines is pretty worn. It actually looks like a really tiny RF. I'll also go looking for some other defensive combos to test it against, seeing as I'm sure this is just Anti-E230.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[Hello all! Today I bring what has been weeks (literally, it's been like 2 months by now) of research to the table. My goal through these two months was simple: have an attack type HWS wheel beat a Zero-G defense combo. Synchromes are cool and all, but I wanted to see some use in the parts that I still have, like Hell. <br />

The Zero-G defense combo I used was MSF Revizer Revizer E230CS. The E230 is from Hasbro, and my CS is conditioned. I find more success in using Hasbro's E230 than TT/SK. It's stiffer and the reduction of the amount of play seems to help keep the bey balanced when in action.<br />
<br />
Why did I choose the parts I did? Well, let's start with this: I have no idea how this combo will perform against other defense combos. It's more meant as an Anti-E230. Hell is on 160 so it can attack between E230 and the Chrome Wheel (the major gaps and ridges on top of Hell help here.) WB is used to attack while having stamina capabilities while also being able to keep it's balance in a Zero-G stadium (for the most part.) In truth, I guess you can call this a true balance type, seeing as it's goal is to OS the opponent while also attacking. Or, it might be attack, depending on how you classify it, whether it be by parts or by what it does.<br />
<br />
The first semi-successful combo I had was MF-H Hell Aquario 160MB. It had a 35% win rate. That may sound abysmal, but MB had some major balance issues, most likely due to the fact that there's no friction between MB and the stadium floor. When MB was able to maintain itself, that's when it won. Seeing that, I switched to WB. The addition of WB boosted Hell's win rate to 55%. It's almost 50/50, but it's much better than pure annihilation.<br />

I will be doing more tests. I'll switch Revizer's tip to RS, although mines is pretty worn. It actually looks like a really tiny RF. I'll also go looking for some other defensive combos to test it against, seeing as I'm sure this is just Anti-E230.<br />

SA165 is one of my favorite tracks.
