Frames are compatible with discs. As far as I'm aware, most of the discs compatible with frames are the ones named as 1 or 2 digits. That includes 00 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 10 11 12 13 But also Aero', that one is frame compatible. It needs to be specially designed to fit a frame. You could theoretically force a frame on in some instances; illegal.
