For buying Value? Brave Valkyrie. Better stock Combo? Also Brave Valkyrie. Better individual parts? The Tempest Ring is pretty good.

Also while I have the topic open, I'm going to a tournament tomorrow, and I'm going with a combo for world. From any sparking bey, what should I choose to upgrade World Spriggan's Combo. Lucifer The End? Or should I buy Tempest and put Xt+ on it?

I'm not the most experienced person with this kind of stuff, but I gotta say you have less chances of winning with a new Tempest as unless you already have a copy, then you didn't practice with it long enough and wouldn't know how to use it best. As for World, you can always use Drift (if you do get LTE), Xt+ assuming you already have one, or Zone'+Z (also assuming you have the DX Set)

You have World Spriggan Stock right?
Buy LTE, to make World Spriggan Drift 2B,or World Spriggan Wheel Drift 1S(if you have Wheel & 1S chassis)
But if you need another combo for the tournament,I suggest you buy Tempest first and slap Xtend+ on it
