Summary:

Basara Suiryu on a test of courage, sneaks into a house from which cries can be heard every night. Over there awaits a boy know as the Demon King, Bell Daikokuten. The truth is, the house is rumored to be the graveyard of the world's Beys, the “Gate to the Demon World”, the cries were the shrieks of Bladers who had their Beys destroyed.
Knowing that the opponent is a Blader, Basara challenges him.

The legend of the Demon King Bell, who has turned all Bladers around the world into his enemy, including Valt Aoi, begins!

Bael is probably the one of the only if not the only one with a Db bey yet (thats why there is Dynamite on the system name)
then Ranzo will be probably watching the video and create the new ragnaruk and then the legends will get inspired and make them DB beys in the next episodes
