Getting started with Burst? - merpjake - Mar. 22, 2021

Hey there!

It might be a bit strange to ask here, but I’m super new to the Burst side of Beyblade and I’m wanting to know/gather some insight on starting with Burst in current format.

I’m only used to the original plastic-gen, and when Burst first came out it didn’t interest me at all. I recently got back into collecting MFB and some old plastic-gen and though I wasn’t at first keen on looking at any Burst beys I started to see more and more pop up and started to like the looks of them aesthetically.

I’m wondering if anyone has any recommendations on the newer style of Burst (with what looks like more metal involved, etc.?) beys, I really love orange when it comes to Beyblade and things to do with stamina/balance.

Thank you to anyone who is able to help and sorry for all the rambling in this post.

If you have already gotten in to the other forms of beyblade then you can buy remakes. You will be familiar with them and it is a great way to break into beyblade burst! If you want to play conpetitive than I advise that you go to a thread about competitive beyblade.

If you like orange beys , stamina types and want a good bey
glide ragnaruk is the choice for you
it looks sick and have pretty good parts and every blader need him for one thing:
wheel disc
he is the best release part wise that comes with the wheel disc

Well, imagine MFB. But they blow up in battle. And have more gimmicks.

Orange stamina is glide ragnarok. Downsides is it bursts the most out of any other sparking beyblade. Wheel is the best part and the layer is ok and that’s it though.

Or, you can wait till April and get Cyclone Ragnaruk. We don't know how it performs yet, but the hype for it is relatively high.

Yes, although true, is not saying much. I am not saying it can burst, which it definitely does, but Sparking Beyblades are really, really, really hard to burst.
