I would say Gingka and Valt. they're both tied. I canot make one better than another. Although Gingka's leagues stronger than Valt.

Tyson was kinda good but boi he was stubborn.

Zyro he is just straight up trash.
Valt is just the person you know who influenced the world and all that.
Aiger meh he's half decent
Drum was kinda good
Hikaru is quite extraordinary in his own way

Gingka did also have some good growth though, going from seemingly unbeatable to having to actually work and rely on friends.

Defenitely Valt, for various reasons, chief of them being his development throughout the Burst series, which imho is the best out of all protagonists and the one I enjoyed watching the most.
That and I'm biased because he's my favourite Beyblade character period.
