Chapter 1: "Re:Fusion! The Warrior That Pierces The Heavens!"

"Aw man, this work is killing me" Said Saul as he felt like he pushed the lawnmower for the billionth time. "My Mom keeps giving me such boring chores" He thought. Suddenly, he noticed that he only had a small patch of grass left. "Aw yeah!" Saul exclaimed as he quickly finished and ran away to find something fun to do. "Mom will probably be worried about me....Eh whatever. I deserve a break." Saul said to himself. He walked on a street till he reached a big city. Saul glanced upon its beauty. "Ah, Hinde City. It always looks so futuristic!" Saul glanced upon the billboards and a particular ad came up. "Hey bladers! Be sure to come down to the WBBA shop to see me battle with my new Zero Valtryek!" The blue haired boy held the spinning top up to the camera. As you can see, each bey comes with a base. Mine is Zero. Now All I have to do is snap on the Valtryek blades and shields to the base, then attach the chip and connect the disc and tip! Pretty simple huh?" "Well, I'll see you there!" Saul was pretty interested in the ad. "Interesting, I might have to check this out." He said. However a ice cream store caught his eye and the thought of this "Zero Valtryek" Beyblade quickly disappeared from Saul's train of thought. "No way, Shake Cream! They're only open for like an hour a day due to the high demand for there ice cream, but I got here just on ti-". As is all of Saul's energy was drained from his body, he fell down and his eyes closed. He went unconscious but when he was back in the lime light, he was tied up to a chair. "MMM! MMM!" Saul tried to scream out. The shady figure in front of him responded to his muffled cries. "Sorry kid, but your mouth's taped up. You'll be going somewhere far away from here." "Don't underestimate me!" Saul thought. He tensed up his muscles and slowly but surely snapped the rope. With his hands free, he removed the tape on his mouth. "What are you doing? Why am I here!" Saul exclaimed. "How'd you get out? Why are you so strong?" Suddenly, a chunk of the wall burst out as a stream of light filled the room. Not only that but some object seemed to cut through it and hit the figure, knocking him unconscious. The Top returned to its owner, the blue haired boy from the commercial. "Thank goodness I got here on time. My name is Valt Aoi, what's yours?" The boy said. "Um... Saul Lancerin." Saul responded in confusion. "You're strong, you have potential to be a good blader." Valt said. "Well, I do remeber being interested in this Beyblade stuff." Saul replied. "Well follow me and we can get you your own Beyblade!" Valt exited the shady room through the hole. "Um sure mister!" Saul rushed to catch up with him.

bzzt bzzt bzzt. The sounds of buzzing where heard throughout the WBBA building. "You're doing great! just visualize the bey you wanna make!" Valt told Saul. "Aww man, today has been crazy. But I guess I'm making a Beyblade now, but I have hardly any idea what its gonna be like." Saul thought to himself.  "Well, I'll have an attack type. I hear left spinning ones are powerful. Also, it can be gold like the sun." Saul kept on working when suddenly after blinking a seemingly normal blink, he was is a yellow void. "Woah, where am I! Wait I'm floating!" Saul exclaimed. With a flash of light, a mysterious creature appeared. ""I am Solomon, the bey you have been searching for." The Dragon like warrior said. "Oh uh, I'm Saul. So, you're gonna battle with me right?" Saul responded. "Yes, know carry on and don't let anyone get in the way of your path to victory!" Suddenly Saul is in the real world again with a completed bey. 2 large blades with spring blades inside, equipped with shields. A sleek forge disc to balance out the combo and a tip with a rubber point. "Woah, my bey! It's done!" Saul said in surprise. "Solomon...Future...Mirai....Miran Solomon? That's what I'll call you. Together we can grab the future together!" "Great!" Valt responded. "It looks cool! Now you can test it out on me!" "On you?" Saul said in confusion. "Well, I don't think I could beat you and-" "c'mon, just give it a shot!" Valt interrupted saying. "Umm- sure." Saul headed with Valt to a bey stadium. "I assume you know the basics?" Valt asked. "Uh, yeah" Saul said, admiring his shiny silver and gold launcher. "Alright then! 3, 2, 1, Let It Rip!" Valt shouted. The 2 tops landed in the stadium. "Pummel them! Zero Launch!" Valt cried as Zero Valtryek instantly went on the attack. It barraged Solomon and pinned it to the wall. "Uh, get out of there!" Saul exclaimed. The spring blades hidden in Solomon's big silver blades rebounded Valtryek away to the center. "Alright, now's your chance! Let's take hold of our future, together!" A shining light surrounded Saul as Solomon rose up behind him. "Go now!" Saul shouted. "Not bad kid, but this is your end! Let's do this, partner!" Valt shouted. a blue aura coming from Valtryek filled the stadium as Valtryek rose next to Valt. "Now, Zero Whip!" Valt exclaimed. Valtryek parried Solomon's attack, bursting it. "Well, I lost. Not surprising I guess." Saul sighed as he picked up Solomon's parts. "Don't be so down on yourself, you did great! recommend starting off with a small tournament." Valt said with Valtryek in hand. "A small tournament..." Saul thought. One week later: "Alright folks, today we're starting off the district tournament!" The announcer Hanami said. "Are you ready bladers cause its time to throw down!" Saul scanned the arena and many strong lookin bladers caught his eye. A blue haired boy stared back at him and Saul flashed an awkward smile before looking away. "I've totally gotten in over my head." Saul said to himself.
