Out of interest, was this inspired at all by my crossover? The reason I ask is because Dante/Drum was going to be the exact person to replace Josuke and be the main character for part 4 of my manga. Regardless, I’m looking forward to this.

Act 1: Simple levitating blades Ashura can move around
Act 2: A ring of levitating blades that can spin at hiiiiiiiiiiiigh speeds
Act 3: Blades on his shoes. He can run fast and his kicks hurt. Also blade armor, as well as having heavy feet now so a powerful stomp could cause a mini earthquake, bringing the opponent down.

Mysterious Man’s Arrival
? (thoughts): 1999 feels like it just started, but we're already at April. The Media is going crazy about various tings, but life has been normal for me. My name is Arman Kusaba, I'm 15 and going to High School. But my life would forever change when I met 2 bizarre men.
A tall guy bumps into Arman, however seemingly in an instant Arman is back on his feet.
?: Sorry about that. Do you know where Victory 1-6 is?
Arman: Yeah sure, I'll take you there I guess.
Arman (thoughts): This man's name is Aiger akabane. Apparently he's a world renowned nature photographer.
4 punk looking kids come across a normal dude crouching by a pond
Punks: What are you doing huh? ?: Well, see this turtle here? I saw it so I thought I might overcome my fear of them finally.
Punk: Idiot! Wipe that smirk off your face!
A punk kid grabs the turtle and throws in at a pillar beside the pond, leaving it in a bloody mess.
?: I am very sorry. My name is Dante Koryu and I'm in Class 1-B.
Aiger: What, thats the kid I'm looking for!
Punk: Shave get rid of that stupid crazy colored hair why don't yah? C'mon, stop stalling!
Dante: .....What did you say about my hair!
A blaze seems to appear out of know here in almost an instant, and attacks the punk.
Dante picks up the turtle and turns back to a normal alive state.
Aiger: What? I thought I just saw fire coming from him?
The punks run away out of fear.
Aiger: Hey kid with the hair. Hold up for a second.
Dante: The hair? You tryna insult me?
Aiger: Dang it...
A flash of something comes from Aiger and it cuts Dante before he could approach Aiger.
Suddenly, a knight appears and stand beside Aiger.
Aiger: You see this? Its called a stand, its a manifestation of your fighting energy. You have one too.
Dante: Well you see I'm proud of the colors I did for my hair, so I can't have you insulting it!
A Dragon comes from behind Dante's back and suddenly Fire shoots out like bullets towards the knight.
But suddenly, Aiger "appears" behind Dante.
Arman: I'm super confused, but I know I didn't see Aiger walk behind Dante!
Aiger: Its been so long since I gained my "The World" time stop ability but I still can only stop time for 10 seconds..
Aiger: Hold on a second....whats with my hair band? It doesn't seem destroyed....its more like it completely changed shape!
Aiger: Assuming you'll be of use..... Aiger slaps Dante.
Aiger: Listen. You're a Joestar. We're related and have stands. But also, this looming threat has been spotted near here.
Aiger pulls out a photo of what seemed like a Horse shape head in the clouds, looming over buildings.
Dante: The heck? These are here in Morioh? Aiger: You're father tried to use spirit photography to get a picture of you, but these came out instead.
Aiger drops more pictures. They included a weird middle aged man with hai that went up like horns.
Aiger: You might not understand whats goin on Arman, but if you see this dude runaway and get me. I'll be staying at a hotel till we catch em.
Aiger (thoughts): This guy in the photo's sends shivers down my spine. His name is Pheng Hope. At the age of 12, he went behind bars for robbery. Then caused a goose chase around all the prison's in Japan. But one day Pheng came across 3 teens. He killed them all and stole everything they had.
Aiger (thoughts): He was caught by cops later and was hanged. However....he never died. He was there, hanging, yet didn't die.
They had to postpone his execution.
Aiger: Now he's escaped from prison. He has a stand, or gained one at his failed execution. Now he's lurking in this small town.

*step step step step step*
A woman is walking on the sidewalk as a crusty lookin dude drives up to her
Dude: Hey baby! Wanna Ride? ?: You can ride straight to hell creep!
The woman slams the dude's head against the car door as the cop drives up to the car
Dude: Hey you, old guy! She just hurt me! ?: Oh her? She's my daughter, Rogia Koryu. I'm Mako Koryu, nice to meet ya.
Mako walks away towards Rogia. Mako: Hey Rogia, goin shopping? Rogia: Hi Dad. I would, but I'm worried about Dante. He's probably getting into trouble already.
Down the street, and ruckus was goin on. The Police pushed the crowd away as a Robber with a knife was at the story with the knife to the woman's neck.
Dante and Arman are walking together and come across the scene. Robber: Hey punk with the stupid hair! Wanna die too!
Arman: Oh no Dante let's get outta here! Dante had a fierce expression. Dante fearlessly walked up to the man.
Dante: the hell did you say about my hair? Robber: Oh, the stupid color of it? Whatever, I'm just gonna kill her!
Dragon flames a hole through the Woman and Robber, killing them both. Arman: What the hell?
The Woman runs away. Woman: Wait, I'm okay. The Robber on the other hand, had the knife in his stomach!
Robber: Gu gu GYAAH! A weird creature shaped like a mini horse exits the Robber's mouth. It flies away down into the sewers.
Elsewhere, a Milkman with horned shaped hair walks to the Koryu house.
Rogia: Hey mister, the seal on this bottle is broken. Milkman: Oops, sorry hehe!
Milkman (thoughts): Dang it! If she drank the milk that I planted Harmony Necklace into, I would've been able to control her! No matter though....
Harmony Necklace swoops into a hose and little by little enters the water stream in the house
Dante was talking with Aiger. Dante: So Mr. Akabane, the guy was taken over by the stand, but it got away.
Aiger: I'm coming over. Stay away from all food and liquids. Dante: Woah really? What's my Mom gonna think?
Rogia sips coffee and Harmony slips into her mouth. Dante: Damn, the thing got into my Mom's mouth through the Coffee.
Dragon flames a whole through Rogia. Then he reverts her body to a state with no Harmony in it, and reverts the bottle into a bottle with Harmony in it.
Dante: Yo Aiger, got the stand. Later Dante is playing Video Games and taunts Harmony in the bottle.
Mako arrives to the Koryu hose as well. When Dante isn't looking, he busts out the bottle and gets into Mako's mouth, killing him then exiting.
Dante's eye's light up with a blue flash and his blue highlights in his hair seem to glow. Dragon blew hair on Harmony Necklace, scattering him about.
Then on Mako reverting him to a not dead state, but he wasn't awakening. Aiger: Sorry, but he's not waking up. No stand can change the natural course of life.
Dante: Dammit...then I'll protect the town and Mom in Gramps place! Days later Rogia is out and Aiger and Dante are chilling ta the house.
Aiger: only use bottles water, that way harmony Necklace can't slip into it. Aiger goes outside and sees footsteps. Aiger: He's around here, the heck is he waiting for.
It's raining, and in the rain Harmony Necklace slips into house while Aiger just gets a glimpse of it and hurries back in.
Aiger: It's here, be alert. Dante sees Harmony as a gas and tries to bottle it, but it doesn't work. Dante : Dang, can't bottle it in this form.
Water was also dripping form the ceiling. Aiger: Angelo must've put holes up there. They go to the kitchen and steam and water is everywhere.
Aiger: How can we break out of this situation? Dante: Break out? More like break through! . Dante quickly flames the wall down, and then he and Aiger gets through the other side and Dante reforms it.
Suddenly, a humidifier blows into Dante's mouth, with Harmony Necklace in it! Dante gags...... and then a bag with something squirming in it plops out his mouth.
Dante: I know the layout of my house, so I predicted this would happen. they through the bag away and find Pheng outside.
Pheng: You think you can beat me? I've survived so many times here and- Dragon's claw knocks Pheng's hand into a rock, reforming the hand into the rock.
Pheng: My hand? What are you doing to me! Dante: You murdered multiple people and my Grandpa. Eternal Suffering is what you deserves.
So more scratches of claws completely reform's Pheng into a rock. Aiger: Pheng, before your face is rocked too...anything happen in prison?
Pheng: Fine I'll tell you, I'm about to die anyways. A mysterious man in a uniform came in and stabbed me with an arrow. It hurt alot, but I didn't die.
Next thing I know I have Harmony Necklace.
Suddenly the bag tries to go into some kids mouth. Pheng: Haha! You and your dumb hair forgot about my Harmony Necklace!
Dragon Claws Pheng completely, making him now a brain dead rock. The bag also falls from the kid.
Days later on their way to school, Dante and Arman pass a rock. Dante: Yo, Pheng. Arman: Yo, Pheng.
Arman (thoughts): Not sure why Dante did it, but I guess I will too.

I plan to at least go up too finishing the Red Hot Chili Pepper arc but I'm not sure about the rest cause I just don't have enough Rise bladers to replace all the ones in DiU.
