Is it legal to cut 2D? I have a tournament coming up, and the rubber refuses to come off.

The only way to wear it down legally is to wear it down naturally in battle, so cutting them off would be illegal. I say putting it up against Rage should do the trick.

Launch 2D and hold a 12 disk near to it's rubber blades, I think it's legal that way
