Will there be new single chassis? - Chickenbot1000 - Sep. 03, 2020 When Takara Tomy released the info for the single-double chassis system I thought that it was going to be majority single chassis with doubles reserved for powerful beys only. Well... now only Ragnorok has a single chassis, with Curse Satan being reserved to the random booster! Has their been any news about upcoming single chassis? RE: Will there be new single chassis? - SupaDav03 - Sep. 03, 2020 Honestly, there doesn’t seem like theres much left to do with single chassis. We have 1S & 1D. Maybe a balance single chassis? Can’t see an attack single chassis making much sense. There have been several releases of both already: 1S: Glide Ragnaruk Curse Ragnaruk Abyss Diabolos King Fafnir G4 Black version 1D: Curse Satan Glide Hyperion Death Diabolos Curse Satan (Triple Booster) Brave Solomon Get Campaign Black version RE: Will there be new single chassis? - LEOBBG - Sep. 03, 2020 yeah i hope they make a GOOD single chassis. i mean how hard is it to make like a new zeus and give it a single chassis with good teeth!!! also if daigo comes back there going to reuse the 2A chassis and make it light blue. based of the god deathsither RE: Will there be new single chassis? - Valtryek Aoi - Sep. 03, 2020 (Sep. 03, 2020 1:14 PM)LEOBBG Wrote: yeah i hope they make a GOOD single chassis. i mean how hard is it to make like a new zeus and give it a single chassis with good teeth!!! also if daigo comes back there going to reuse the 2A chassis and make it light blue. based of the god deathsither They would never give Zeus that good teeth. It would probably be 1S again. Single chassis will always fall behind in the burst resistance department, not even dash drivers can save them all the time. RE: Will there be new single chassis? - LEOBBG - Sep. 03, 2020 good point RE: Will there be new single chassis? - The Blacknight - Sep. 03, 2020 A new character may get 4a/3b or smth, or there will be none. Edit: andowantsfood and Valtryek Aoi have brought some things to my attention, I have fixed all incorrect pieces of information. Its just the naming scheme of the chassis for example if you had 1 attack then you would move on to 2 attack and it goes on. it doesnt matter if its single or double there will never be a same type chassis with the same number. RE: Will there be new single chassis? - Chickenbot1000 - Sep. 03, 2020 Personally I find the double chassis less interesting than the singles because instead of adding customizability it removes customizability. RE: Will there be new single chassis? - Zeutron - Sep. 03, 2020 Personally since the single chassis is more of a matter of weight distribution, I can see the single chassis design working for all types however, as many people have pointed out we really don’t have much time left since production of sparking products would presumably end by February 2021. I think after takara tomy made a couple of double chassis parts, they got a little carried away with the capabilities of the double chassis seeing as they are so much wider and larger allowing them to install more gimmicks and part unison abilities in them. You could argue that Dragon and Achilles could have had new single chassis parts but we have to understand that the chassis is the equivalent of the layer weight and as a result they were bound to get reused since tt can’t continuously create new chassis parts and since the only reusable balance and attack chassis were double variants they had to give Dragon and Achilles double chassis. RE: Will there be new single chassis? - 6Jupiter5 - Sep. 04, 2020 I think that TT might have 4A and 3B as single chassis then either reuse the chassis or make new double chassis RE: Will there be new single chassis? - NAP - Sep. 04, 2020 Hopefully there will be two more single-chassis, so that there will be at least one for each type. Right now there's really no reason to use 1D over 1S in most situations where single chasis are involved. Hope to see that change soon! |
