Most Durable Launcher? - Cat-Daddy - Aug. 20, 2020

Tried searching, didn't find anything super conclusive....just curious, is there a general consensus for MOST DURABLE beyblade burst launcher?

Rip cord launcher always seem to get slipping/skipping issues. literally every single one after a month or two.
our cho-z achilles LR launcher's string broke (i was able to figure out how to replace it, but I'm not super confident how long that will last)
we have a digital sword launcher and that is having a chunky/gritty launch, sometimes slipping/skipping as well.

just curious, is there a specific launcher i should look for that i can rely on working down the line? Takara? even Hasbro?

or are launchers breaking just a part of the game?

one last question .... ive typically avoided fake/unbranded launchers (ie what beys and bricks offer) however....if all launchers break at some point, do any of you have experience with not-bad/actually pretty good unbranded launchers? they are much easier to come by and definitely much cheaper (I'm having trouble finding new Takara Tomy LR launchers for less than 25$....while unbranded ones i could get multiple for that price)

honestly, in terms of durability, the generic green or white hasbro launchers have been pretty solid....just not great for performance IMO

ok thanks!

is it any different than the red cho-z achilles LR string launcher?

RE: Most Durable Launcher? - Nik P. - Aug. 20, 2020

It’s more durable

The string is tighter

I actually asked this question a little over a month ago in a thread I made for it. Here's the link if you'd like to check it out.

The first answer I got in that thread was the Long Bey Launchers L and R. I bought one of each, and they're holding up quite nicely.

Link to the Long Bey Launcher R: https://www.ebay.com/i/192869991714?mkevt=1&mkcid=28&chn=ps
I hope this helps! Smile

wow how did i miss that? sorry swear i searched. it was late.
sorry for creating a redundant thread....and thanks for the reply!

so the long bey launchers look very similar to the normal string launchers i have (one is red, not sure the BB-number) and one is white and blue (think came with lost longinus?)
so im assuming these long bey launchers are the same just longer string? perhaps more durable?

im still curious if anyone has had good luck with any unbranded launchers....

ok thanks again!

Yes, the Long Bey Launchers have longer strings. I find them to be very durable.
Unbranded launchers break faster than the real ones, and since fake beyblades contain lead, it's possible that the metal internals in the launchers contain lead too.

Personally, I would say the first generation sword launcher. Its been my main for right spin from 2017 till now and still running strong whereas my blue LR broke in months. I use a Master LR for left spin, curious to see how long it will last.

I’ve heard the sword launchers have durability issues, so it’s interesting to hear that yours isn’t having this issue.

The second gen, the one that has a digital display has durability issues, mine also started skipping pretty quick.

LR light launcher from dragon (B-133) is quite sturdy, but there's also Master Diabolos is LR string.

yes my digital sword launcher has a chunky/grittiness to the launch. once in a while it will slip completely. planning on opening up and seeing if there is anything to fix.
