Missing from your GT section is Slash Valkyrie, Cosmo Dragon, WBBA Master Diabolos, WBBA Ace Ashura & Naked Spriggan. There may be more but that’s all I could think of off the top of my head.

For GT, there's also Judgement Joker, Storm Pegasis from RBV15 and half Imperial Dragon (which has clear blue plastic underneath as well as a blue Ig' Driver). I would also include Heaven Pegasus, but that's closer to mint green/sea green than straight out blue IMO, though you can include it since others may argue that it's aqua (which is in both the blue and green spectrum).
Actually, does blue-green or indigo count for you as blue Layers?

I think for the time being ill put blue-green indigo and teal into the mix and have them also in once theres a "green layers" if get to it @_@
