The heck are you talking about? They put up an imgur link with their username, handwritten, on a note above the bey in its packaging.
What additional photos do you want? What Google image did they take this from?
EDIT: Ah HA. I see it now. Another user "mythic ldrago" attempted to sell one of these ages ago. This user registered a fake account "Mythic L drago" with an extra space, and is trying to reuse the image.
It is indeed a scam, and an obvious one. I found the other thread, and I found the original msuv.jpg it refers to, first result on Google. I'll ban him for this, and the other account associated with his IP, for his attempted scam.
