Actually, Judgement Ashura Retsu is a good layer if you put the heavier side of retsu on the strong side of Judgement.

Lord Pegasus 12wall blow. Withe the red pegasus chip to match the base. Awesome layer name tho.
the blow driver would cause it to scrape in either spin, and the low weight would increase the scraping. The pegasus chip would make the burst resistance bad.

Honestly I think the Lord Base is unburstable on any chip. You're going to have to outspin or knock it out to win.
