which is the best pull out of random booster from RBV 17 bc i can only afford 4 of them at the moment so i need to know so i can get good parts that i dont have

The best pull competitively? Probably Wizard Bahamut as it comes with some decent parts and It comes with 00 and jolt’. If you do not have an attack type tip yet you may want to pull Wizard Bahamut, it is likely the best for competitive parts.
