You could just buy it on eBay. Dead Phoenix is $12 and revive is $18. They both come with great parts. They're still readily available.
pP is sort of a pain in the butt to get and assemble. 3.style used to sell the individual layers but I think those are gone now.
Might be cheaper for you to get the two layers individually and assemble it yourself.
