Maybe because Turbo/Choztesu/Cho Z, Super Z/season 3 is still in the midst of the dubbing. If you want the subs early instead of waiting for the dub, why not.

It's region-locked for Japanese viewers only. A workaround for this is getting ProtonVPN on your computer. Its free version allows you to connect to a Japanese server, which is the optimal way to watch GT.

It has weird ads, a watermark, and doesn't support Beyblade at all. Using a VPN is a much better experience and allows you to support the Beyblade Burst Official YouTube channel.
