Well I don't think so that it is Delta's bey because it should have come in a starter pack not in a booster because we are expecting him to be the deuteragonist and play a big role
(Exception - Dead Phoenix because Revive came out first and in a starter)

nothing about delta's bey is confirmed. we have had only 4 releases so far, and the naming system could get more complex.

Well, Slash Valkyrie came in a Booster as well, so I wouldn't be surprised if Delta's Bey did, too.
