In Burst Standard, SlingShock Layers and Performance Tips are allowed. In Burst Classic, SlingShock Performance Tips are permitted but as of right now, SlingShock Layers are banned. The rules will probably be fixed to be a little more specific soon, as there are some Dual Layer recolors in Turbo that shouldn't have a problem being allowed in Classic (aside from Silver-X Jormuntor J4, as the original Jormuntor J2 is banned). Some of the non-Dual Layer SlingShock Layers might be allowed soon too, but we have to see what people think as well as what the test results say as well.
