Use After Effects CC on PC. It's fabulous.
For lightweight, use Lightworks

If you're just starting out, you might want something simple and easy to use. I've tried a few editors, and some can be pretty overwhelming at first. If you're on PC, you could check out Movavi Video Editor. It’s beginner-friendly but still has enough features to make your videos look polished without a steep learning curve.

It also helps if you need other tools like converting images or compressing files. There's an online image converter that comes in handy for thumbnails or resizing pictures quickly. You can check it out here: https://www.movavi.com/image-converter/
