So recently I got deep caynox and I got bearing. I only have four evolution beys which are Shelter Regulus, genesis Valtryek, berserk Roktavor and of course deep caynox.

No I guess
Because bR is better in defence and is hard to burst. And Bearing just just noo for that. Stick with C3 stock without flow. That is better than that with Flow as of TT

It's the opposite. Bearing is most probably going to burst because of recoil from stamina wings.
Against left bearing can perform good
