Level chips of 3 different colors were given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in Wbba/G4 (?) Tournaments, Gold for 1st, Silver for 2nd, and Bronze for 3rd, they have become easier to obtain with the recent release of the Cho-Z Guidebook, which has a Yellow translucent Level Chip. In other words, If you win a Organizer-Hosted tourney, if the prize is a level chip, that may be the only way you could get it without buying one online or on the WBO. Whether or not any WBO tournaments have Level Chip prize is up to the organizer and their ability to get ahold of one. I wouldn't count on it being the prize, but if there are people who sell Beyblades at the tournament, they may bring some Level Chips for sale. These are the official ways from Japan:
It's like $23-$30 (USD) to buy a Level Chip on eBay, either by itself or with the guide. That's the easiest way to get one.
