It's alright, but it's outclassed in attack by Xtreme and Jolt.
It's also outclassed in defense by atomic, orbit, and yard.
It's stamina is worse than Bearing.
And I've heard that Unite, the downgraded version of it, is still better than Merge but worse than all the drivers mentioned above.

Merge is not bad and not good either ( It is outclassed by many out-of-meta drivers which are not used in tournaments but this driver can be used as a attack and stamina driver but as LEOSAMA mentioned You could use Unite driver as a better all rounder driver )

Merge is good when it’s new because it’s extremely aggressive and is good for attack but once the rubber wears down it becomes bad because it no longer is aggressive.
