RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - BlackHeart1216 - Mar. 07, 2012 (Mar. 06, 2012 10:20 PM)Hazel Wrote: Usually when that happens it is neither of the things you mentioned, but rather them deciding to try and unload the older merchandise before putting the new stuff out. They really do not actually look at shipments marked to be put on shelves, they just do it. there is only one problem with what u just said. They are not shipping out old stock of the earlier waves one, and 2 the ones they have out arent really selling. I know from experience since I am a manager at Toys R' Us there is something that always comes when this problem occures , and thats is numerous sales. I havent seen any promotions or sales until just last week and it wasnt a big sale at all to tell me they are trying to get rid of old stock. The sale was just buy any 2 beyblades and get one free and only my company had this sale , which isnt great because Toys R' Us is hella over priced lol. I believe it should be clear thier behavior is a lil odd and striking up some valid questions RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Hazel - Mar. 07, 2012 TRU's shipping works a bit differently from Wal-Mart's, Target's, and K-Mart's - they all use different shipping companies and different rates. I have personally witnessed older items being put on shelves with newer ones being taken off and boxed for storage because the shipping label was a newer one. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Fluke - Mar. 07, 2012 Store to store things are pretty incongruous - my local TRU has that old exclusive 3 pack on the shelves for the first time since I got back into Beyblade (early last summer). Meanwhile, across the road, I found a Bakushin Susanow at Target along with many other "latest" releases. Similarly, a while back TRU had some launcher grips and beylaunchers, which are notoriously rare in stores (at this point) as far as I know. The most likely, based on that, is the idea posted here a few times that old stock is being pushed before the latest, rather than any shipping/production mishaps. This Galaxy Pegasus giveaway is well-timed if that is in fact the case. I completely understand what you're saying , but these store arent putting out any older stocks thier shelves are bare and if not bare they have tornado battlers and very very few old beys left RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Hyper27 - Mar. 07, 2012 Some good stuff here guys! Hasbrotoyshop is being awesome and putting these bey starter packs online: Hades Kerbecs Counter Scorpio Cyber Aquario Flame Serpent Thermal Gemios Posion Virgo Awesome right? Gonna buy one when they become available for my YouTube giveaway (Mar. 07, 2012 11:44 PM)Raigeko13 Wrote: They're the exact same price as they would be at any retail store..Really? My Walmart and TRU sells them for close to $11 WITHOUT tax, and my Target has them for almost $10 WITH tax. My local retailers must suck at pricing, haha. Sorry if I was not supposed to. RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - supertyty - Mar. 08, 2012 OMG IF YOU WATCH THE NEW THEME FOR METAL FURY YOU SEE BIG BANG PEGASIS!!! OMG!!!!!!!! RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - UGottaCetus - Mar. 08, 2012 Its actually wierd because two days ago I went to my local Target and they had a few good Beys, including Ult. GD Attack Ver., Ult. Meteo L-Drago Assault(I think), Poison Zurafa(which I bought), Meteo L-Drago, A few Ray Gils, and a Hades Kerbecs. It also had the two Beyblade team packs. Sorry to quote a older post. Trying to cacth up on the news about Black Sun Galaxy Pegasus 3 beys between now and the end of April for the rare Black Hole Pegasus? EASY WIN Im 17. Guess I make the cut 0_o Dont worry Kai-V, when I get 5 of these (the apparent limit per household) and wait utill the contest is over, I will re-sell 4 of them at ridiculously high prices for your convinience RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Kai-V - Mar. 12, 2012 But you know that, to get five Galaxy "Pegasus", you would need to buy fifteen Beyblades before the end of April ? RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - pyrus10000 - Mar. 12, 2012 Apperently YTV is having a contest where you can win 1 out of 100 Black Sun Galaxy Pegasus's. We have got a chance of getting it... IN CANADA :3 RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Janstarblast - Mar. 12, 2012 Unfortunately though, from what I understand, its probably a lucky draw system for the YTV contest... The one in the US was an assured gift for buying three beys, so its not as sweet as the US scenario... Still, its certainly worth the try for you all! RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Kai-V - Mar. 12, 2012 http://promos.ytv.com/beyblade-letitrip/prizes.aspx You need to buy an XTS Stealth Battler top ... Why can we not at least be asked to purchase real Beyblades, five if they want, and necessarily get that "Black Sun Galaxy Pegasus" until supplies last, like in the United States ... Still, we should all enter and SPAM them about our "home tournaments" at the World Beyblade Organization ... Apparently Hasbro Canada did not know about us until a few weeks ago ... Still, that shows that those BeyWheelz and other side products will be available this April. That page is not completely useless ... RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Janstarblast - Mar. 12, 2012 Oh, the XTS thing again... Even the Cartoon Network SweepStakes thingy gave out the XTS beys as prizes... At least you all have an opportunity... Still, that's a bad thing! Hasbro should have kept things similar for the US and Canada... On a side note, Destroyer Dome?! What in the world is that? I might have missed info about it (if it was given out here before), hence the late reaction (forgive me for it)... Don't tell me its a stadium.... EDIT- Oh wow, they have also given the approximate retail value of that thing, which many ebay sellers might look to follow... That thing is never going for a cheap price, then... RE: BEYBLADE: Metal Fusion/Metal Masters/Metal Fury [HOBBY] - Kai-V - Mar. 12, 2012 Yes, that fish bowl is a new stadium by Hasbro. We did discuss it quite a few pages ago. For a shortcut, you should be able to find the exact posts on our Facebook Page.
