I found these in a random beyblade box of mine.
They say Hasbro/TakaTomy on them.

Pretty sure those are Blade Bases that come with Hidden Spirits (?) Plastic Beyblades? The ones that came with dragon-like figures.

they are variants of the same mold for this http://beyblade.wikia.com/wiki/Hayate , it was pain to even put an attack ring on one let alone take it off, sadly, I no longer have said attack ring, and both my blade bases and my hidden spirit for them are damaged
