I keep hearing that Df.7glaive.at is good and that Df.polish.at is good but I'm confused what would be the best Drain Fafnir combo and what are the advantages and disadvantages of them.

Polish isn't so good anymore, 7Glaive has more weight and has similar stamiba and Burst resistance.
