You don't need 2 threads for 1 question...
Anywayw, just get a layer that doesn't have too many big contact points, any heavy disk like Gravity, and a driver with good enough stamina to outlast Loop.
Something like Revolve, Orbit, or Atomic will do

To combine Fire fire and Mage's responses, usually something like Legend Spriggan 7Meteo Extreme can handliy deal with it, or any Drain Fafnir combo on Revolve or Atomic. Heck, I believe Dark Deathsyther can beat it on Revolve or Atomic.
