Totally anecdotal but I tried E2.4G.R/C with a super hard launch against mG.4G.At and I was getting it to burst. Revolve more so than claw. Maybe 3 bursts out of the 5-6 battles I did.

7 > 4 > 8. I don't think 8 is worth testing since it bursts more than 4 and 7, but 7 outclasses 4 for spin time and also has good burst resistance. So not only is 7 the best disc for attack, but also the best for everything else. It's basically a Heavy that can wear a hat.

I have been testing reboot against MG and because of its hight its been getting MG  to go off balance about 50% of the time, but I'll still have to do more testing to see its consistencey

I don't own either of the beys used and I am not sure if their launches are viable enough but looks like someone counters mG now. Pretty hard, actually.

Yeah, but against the same custom on 7, a non-round layer, and atomic.

gZ has better teeth than mG, so even though it's also using Atomic it of course has a better chance of not bursting than mG does in that situation. Orbit has a tighter fit than Atomic does, so when used in tandem with mG it makes the Beyblade harder to burst while still retaining a high level of Stamina.

Its universally known that gK beats mG but i dont think sR can beat mG atomic or orbit.imo the only thing that beats mG are attack(to some degree),gK,E2 and tower driver based combos

BTW as no one tested sR yet maybe try it with 7M Xtreme also. If it can Burst mG on Orbit with being on Orbit I'm sure it will be very good on Xtreme

Try sR 7m X against mG 4/7g orbit

I'm pretty sure everyone who uses Flow either doesn't know other frames work better, or they're mistaking it for another frame.

Flow could be useful in niche garuda killer tower based combos since its the most aggressive frame

Okay, so here is an unedited video of maximum garuda 4 glaive orbit against shelter regulus 4 glaive orbit AND maximum garuda 4 glaive orbit against shelter regulus 7 meteor xtreme.

I wish there were spoiler tags, but it went pretty much like this: first round was shelter winning constantly. Second round... eeeh, pretty much a tie. Both on the first and second round I launched garuda sometimes with more force and sometimes with less, just watch the pulling. And yeah, I didn't practise at all before doing this, I think the winrate could be higher especially on xtreme if I used it better launching technique. I just tought that this would be more than enough to show that shelter regulus has potential as garuda destroyer, heres another video on how shelter can even take hits (kinda offtopic but hey, shelter regulus doesn't get much spotlight) its HEAVY

Saw your video, and thought it was strange, so I decided to try the Orbit match-up, but with higher tier parts:

- BeyLauncher for both
- mG Launched First
- Hard Launches

(Metal God Chip) Maximum Garuda 7 Glaive Orbit vs. (A Mould God Chip) Shelter Regulus 7 Glaive Orbit
Maximum Garuda: 10 wins
Shelter Regulus: 0 wins
mG Win Percentage: 100%

Not sure what to say ... this was pretty one-sided. The hard launches helped mG to avoid sR at the beginning of the battle, rather than take hits immediately most of the time. That said, even after these tests I tried three rounds of weak launches and the result was the same. It does seem like 7 and the MGC make mG more burst resistant.

Can't really disagree, garuda did better with hard launches. But its not like this is shelter reguluses final form... It can do better, I'm sure of it. Thanks for showing how spoiler tags work Grin should have used 7 on garuda, but I don't yet have 2 sevens. If theres anything you guys would like me to test against garuda I can do it again, even if my results have been varying. Next time its all hard launches on garuda baby.

My stock Ragnarok Heavy Survive (B-03) owns the mG. In 20 battles, the Ragnarok bursts the mG ~70% of the time. The other 30%, Ragnarok gets OS'd. I think it has to do with the shape. It seems to be able to grab onto the mG circular layer pretty well.
